The fifth release of our Ghirlandina Low-Top Leather Sneakers features slightly less padding, a wider laces-jacket and a slicker, cleaner look with less (and smaller) visible branding. Ideated on a blistering summer night in Modena, it was only fitting to name our sneaker after the beautiful Torre della Ghirlandina. Hand stitched in Mirandola, Italy using an incredibly soft yet durable Italian calfskin, this minimalist pair stays true to our design philosophy and is simple, classic and timeless. This beautiful special edition of our Ghirlandina involves a special process where the leather is hand stained to create a finish known as 'anticato'. Each pair requires an extra 105 mins (1 hr 45 mins) of meticulous coloring to produce this effect to the patina. Hand stitched in Mirandola, Italy using an incredibly soft yet durable Italian calfskin, this minimalist pair stays true to our design philosophy and is simple, classic and timeless.
