This particular suede, sourced from an infamous tannery in Santa Croce, Italy makes all the difference. The search for the right skin to realise the feel we wanted for these loafers was a long, arduous affair and facilitated by a little birdy who pointed us to a supplier of perhaps Italy's most desired high-luxury house. The unlined suede upper promises a unique blend of comfort, protection, and longevity from the moment you wear them. It is almost cooling in a way difficult to describe as the softer leather acclimates to your foot almost immediately and provides an unparalleled level of comfort and quality that one would expect from an elevated classic such as this.
