We design the product - We carefully design and sample new pieces for you to choose from. Some will be conceptualized by us and some will be collaborative or designed by guest brands and artists. Every new piece will have a specified campaign window for backed-order availability. If an item receives enough customer bids and demand for backed orders, it will make it to production. If it does not, it will leave the line-up to be archived. Your bid, your vote, will help see it made.

You fund the production - If you see something that catches your eye, you can join the campaign and place a backed bid against it using your account or credit card to reserve your order. If enough bids are placed by the end of the campaign window time period, we will put the item into production and charge you automatically. But you won’t be charged until the very end of the campaign, and only if the campaign is successful.

We deliver to you - If the campaign is successful, the design will move on to the next stage of production. The official purchase order will be placed with our craftsman, the materials will be ordered, and the product will be added to our live dashboard linked to your account and orders on the Archibald London website. You will have visibility into which stage your order is in while it is being made. As soon as it is ready we will ship you your order.
