The Heritage Hand-Welted Anticato Laced Boots - Last 003

Handmade by our master craftsmen in Modena, this Heritage Laced Boot is a necessary winter addition. Like all our dress shoes, the Heritage Laced Boot is hand-welted. The pinnacle of shoemaking, the practice of hand-welting is lengthy, precise and robust. It has never been easy and thus is now rare. There are few artisans still able to do it. This piece is exclusive to our heritage collection, designed by our craftsman’s father, many years before. This special edition of our Laced Boots involves a special process where the leather is hand stained to create a finish known as 'anticato'. Each pair requires an extra 105 mins (1 hr 45 mins) of meticulous coloring to produce this effect to the patina.
