The Thoreau in gun metal whiskey tortoise with green polarized lenses — a darker, more industrial titanium tone paired with warm tortoise accents and lenses that sharpen contrast in green-rich, outdoor environments. The first titanium frame in the collection, named after the Thoreau quote that became a founding motto for the brand. Handcrafted in Sabae, Japan, through more than 200 manual processes, in a material that is lighter, stronger, and hypoallergenic than acetate. Fitted with 1.5 high-index polarized lenses for sharper optics in a thinner, lighter build.
