Following multiple requests from the community, we have worked closely with the family of master shoemakers in Corridonia, Italy who are responsible for our sneakers to create this contemporary daily loafer. With an unbelievably soft but strong, Italian sourced deerskin upper, a purpose sourced elevated light tan coloured, Italian calfskin for the lining leather, full-grain leather soles all connected by the sachetto (sock or bag construction) that provides unparalleled comfort and flexibility. We decided on the sacchetto construction for the unique comfort it provides the wearer - a sensation other construction methods cannot replicate. These shoes are not intended to hurt but rather compliment and assist your days, no matter what comes your way. In designing this pair, we have kept things simple and refrained from incorporating hardware, horse bits, or any other distractions - it is simply put a wonderfully made, versatile, daily loafer that is incredibly comfortable.

Currently led by the granddaughter of the founder, it was clear from our first interaction that this team of masters fully understood our raison d'etre at Archibald and relished an opportunity to work with us and allow more people to experience the difference their expertise and craft can make in terms of end-product.
