We offer a 28 day free returns policy for all of our frames (with standard lenses that have not been customised.) In the case of sunglasses, returns are free for the default lens option (that have not undertaken any customisations, which include the selection of a different tint for the lens other than the default option. In order to accommodate you in the best way we can, all lens customisations are performed 24 hours after an order has been placed. This is to make sure that you have enough time to amend or cancel your order at free of charge. In the event that any customisations requested are not cancelled within the 24-hour period, a charge may be applied that will reflect the extent to which customisation occurred. The best thing to do in this situation is to give us a call. Alternatively, you may email us and we will try resolving this matter for you as soon as possible.

In order to return any orders made within the United Kingdom and the United States, simply email our customer support team at info@archibaldlondon.com to request a return label, and we will be happy to help process your return. For orders made to any other countries, unfortunately we will require you to arrange the logistics for the return on your own.

When processing the return, please do inform our customer support team so that we can keep an eye out for the parcel. We strongly recommend that the item is well packaged. We also recommend that a trusted delivery service is used and proof postage is secured as any items lost or damaged in transit will not be classed as returned.
