Antic Gold Cobalt Molasses pairs an antique gold titanium frame with rich Molasses acetate — a deep, dark brown with warm amber striations running through the rims. Cobalt-toned accents bridge the two materials with a subtle flash of colour, making this the most layered expression of the Thoreau's hybrid construction. The first in Archibald's series of titanium and acetate frames, Thoreau is made by both eyewear teams in Sabae, Japan — pure Japanese titanium fused with polished Takiron Rowland acetate, a fusion that highlights the best of both crafting traditions.
