It reads as a cupsole, the rubber wrapping slightly up the sidewall in a restrained way, with no chunk or attitude — just a well-behaved platform that lets the upper speak. Available in white, gum and black, it is designed for cemented or stitched construction and suits the slim, tapered lasts favoured by European sneaker makers.
