Why this exists
We have spent more than a decade finding the people who still make things the slow way. The tanner in Chicago who curries oils into each hide by hand. The mill in Elgin spinning cashmere since 1797. The family in Modena laying down balsamic since 1862.
This is the register of all of them. Each entry carries the maker’s story, a plain fact sheet, and every product in the current collection built from their work, one click away. We will keep adding to it.
